I specialise in Talking Therapies namely Psychotherapy, EMDR Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy & Counselling. I am also a qualified Yoga Teacher. I use Yoga with clients to help with emotional regulation, anxiety, trauma & stress which will help you gain control over your mind & body.

Counselling:
Counselling allows you to discuss and process challenges and any difficult feelings you are experiencing in a safe, confidential environment.
CBT:
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave.
EMDR:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a comprehensive psychotherapy that helps you process and recover from past experiences that are affecting your mental health and wellbeing
Additionally, we have the opportunity to engage in walk & talk therapy (in favourable weather conditions), providing a refreshing change from our usual therapy room setting.
