What is it?
Done from the comfort of your bedroom. Easy yoga poses that can be done on your mat or even on your bed. Simple poses help stretch out a tired body, clear the mind and support a good nights sleep. No experience necessary. This is followed by a delicious guided relaxation a journey through your body, breath, and mind.
Benefits of this practice include improved sleep, reduced stress and anxiety.
