Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you on a part payment basis. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Partial Payments
When you purchase on a partial payment option, you are buying an item for which a final balance payment will need to be made by a specified date. We may collect a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 

Payment Terms & Cancelation Policy (Soulbird Retreats)
A condition of booking is that you buy adequate travel insurance. Soulbird.uk cannot accept any responsibility for losses/flight disruptions/medical issues/natural disasters/industrial actions etc. Soulbird.UK is not liable for any medical conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the retreat. As with any physical activity not all risk can be illuminated this retreat is undertaken at your own risk. 

Please inform me at the time of booking of any pre-existing medical conditions or recent/upcoming operations as it could impact undertaking some of the activities included in the retreat.I would also ask you to let me know about any allergies or food intolerance you may have.
Deposits are non refundable. Once full balance paid the entire retreat is non refundable this includes; family incidents, illness etc.All payments are refundable should the retreat be cancelled by the host
