Welcome, I’m Ronda Pearce, a psychotherapist specialising in anxiety, stress, trauma and loss. At Soulbird, I work with women who are done with surface-level coping and want real, lasting change — in how they feel, how they respond, and how they move through the world.
Anxiety and trauma don't just live in your thoughts — they live in the knot in your stomach, the tension in your shoulders, the heaviness in your chest. Some people need to talk it through. Others need to work with the body. Most need a bit of both. I'll meet you wherever that is.

My private therapy practice is based in Nottingham, where I see clients in person and online. Alongside counselling & psychotherapy, I offer stress-release yoga classes, workshops and restorative day retreats in Nottinghamshire, combining somatic movement, breathwork and nervous system education. I also serve communities in Cornwall near Bodmin, where I offer online, walk & talk therapy & host smaller therapeutic retreats and restorative classes in a peaceful coastal setting. Together these environments allow access to support through regular therapy, ongoing nervous system practices, or immersive retreat experiences. I also offer an annual retreat in Italy.
