I’m Ronda Pearce, a psychotherapist who helps people dealing with anxiety, stress, loss and trauma responses find calm in both their mind and body.Perhaps you need a space to process or explore life's challenges or difficult emotions?

And that’s why I believe something deeply important:
trauma and anxiety live in the mind and the body - so healing has to work with both.

When your mind to rewires, your body stops bracing.
