As a registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, I offer bespoke 1-1 yoga sessions that complement your therapy, enhancing the mind-body connection. Focusing on emotional regulation, yoga supports stress and anxiety relief by calming the nervous system. Using evidence-based techniques, my sessions provide practical tools to help manage emotions and improve overall well-being.
