From Overthinking to Calm
A half-day retreat for thoughtful, capable women who feel constantly on edge, mentally tired, and unable to properly switch off.
This is for the woman who appears calm and capable on the outside, yet inside feels restless, tense or caught in loops of thinking.
You might recognise yourself if:
- You struggle to fully relax, even when there’s time to rest
- Your mind replays conversations or runs ahead to the next task
- You wake feeling unrefreshed, even after a full night in bed
- You’re holding everything together but it feels harder than it should
This is not about “coping better.”
It’s about understanding what’s happening in your nervous system and learning how to respond in a way that creates genuine steadiness.
During this nourishing half-day retreat, you’ll experience:
- Clear, science-informed teaching about why overthinking and tension happen
- Practical tools you can use in real time when your thoughts begin to spiral
- Breathwork designed to settle your system safely and effectively
- Gentle, accessible yoga suitable for all bodies
- A deeply restorative soundbath to allow your mind and body to soften
You’ll leave with:
- A clearer understanding of your stress patterns
- Techniques you can use immediately in everyday life
- A quieter internal dialogue
- A deeper sense of safety and presence in your body
- Greater confidence in your ability to navigate pressure without becoming overwhelmed
There are a limited number of places to keep the space calm and personal.
If you’re ready to step out of constant mental noise and into something steadier, I would love to welcome you.
Exhale, you’re in exactly the right place.
