Join us for a class filled with Joy, Connection & Celebration

Start the festive season with movement, music and magic. We’ll kick off the evening with Disco Yoga a fun, uplifting warm-up to get you glowing, laughing and fully in the holiday spirit before flowing into deep rest, relaxation and nourishment.

This special 2- 5 hour immersive experience includes:

Shake off the day, have fun and get into the celebratory mood.

✨ Candlelight Yoga Flow
A gentle, calming practice to ease the body and quiet the mind.

✨ Yoga Nidra + Live Sound Bath
Float into deep relaxation with soothing sound healing.

✨ Group Reiki Energy Healing
A beautiful collective energy experience led by our guest Reiki Master.

✨ Seasonal Sharing & Celebration
We’ll end with cosy connection time and light refreshments.
